Powers
While many would have written off the aging Spirit due to his age, his experience with magic made him most formidable even
late in his life. Hirret specialized in human magic through most of his life and demonstrated some talent with
spells relating to the portal that at one time linked Neddel to Earth.
Skills
Hirret functioned as the Spirits' key historian and a dedicated researcher on lost magical knowledge, some of it even
relating to the forbidden art of combative magic.
History
Probably the oldest member of the human arch-mages, Hirret commanded a great deal of respect amongst his peers. While not
the first to join the ancient society, Hirret made it a point to stay well-informed on knowledge as far back as the
Spirits' first formation.
The elderly mage's end came about while casting the Spell of the Shadows on Robert Thompson and David Whitman. The strain
of the complicated enchantment turned out to be more than Hirret's body could handle. Since then, the other Spirits
have felt a considerable void in their lives as the last constant in their lives has been taken from them.
